1. Description of Service

ArticleWizard is an AI-powered SaaS application that helps users generate, edit, and optimize articles and blog posts based on keywords and user inputs. Generating full articles and paragraph rewrites requires the consumption of “Credits”, which are either provided as a trial or can be purchased through paid plans. Generating titles and outlines is free.

2. Accounts and Google Login

To use our Service, you must register and log in, primarily via your Google Account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and the credentials used to access it.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

3. Credit System, Payments, and Billing

• Credits: generating a full article costs 10 credits; each paragraph rewrite costs 1–5 credits depending on length, as shown in the interface. Every new account starts with 33 free credits.
• Refunds: once credits are consumed for a generation, they are generally non-refundable unless the generation completely fails due to our system's fault. Trial/free credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
• Subscriptions: monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize the processor to charge the recurring fees. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Monthly credits: included plan credits are added at the start of each billing period, do not roll over, and expire at the end of that period. Top-up credits are purchased separately and never expire. The Lifetime plan provides 100 fresh credits every day with no rollover of unused credits.
• Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Access and remaining monthly credits stay available until the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are not refunded partially or prorated for unused time, except where required by law.
• Price changes: we may modify plan prices, credit amounts, or top-up packages at any time. Changes apply to future billing periods.

4. User Content and AI-Generated Output

• Input: you are entirely responsible for the keywords, outlines, and prompts (“User Content”) you upload or input into the Service. You ensure that you own or have the necessary rights to use such inputs.
• Output: the output (articles, headlines, etc.) is generated by AI based on your input. While you own the rights to the generated text, we do not guarantee the accuracy, SEO performance, original uniqueness, or copyrightability of the generated outputs. AI can occasionally generate inaccurate, offensive, or repetitive content. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking any generated output before publication.
• Restricted content: you must not use the Service to generate spam, phishing material, malware, or deceptive content; hateful, harassing, defamatory, or highly violent content; or material that violates intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. AI Providers & Usage Limitations

Our Service utilizes third-party AI models via API. Your usage is subject to a fair use policy. You may not use scrapers, bots, or automated extraction tools to exploit the platform or generate content in bulk outside of the intended web interface without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability and “As-Is” Disclaimer

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GSoftwareLab SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INACCURACY OF GENERATED ARTICLES, OR LOSS OF CREDITS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting an update on our website.
